ChoseFly Tourism LLC ("ChoseFly", "we", "us") is a UAE-licensed travel agency based in Dubai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website at chosefly.com or contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
1. Information We Collect
- Contact details: Name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number — provided when you make an enquiry, booking, or submit a contact form.
- Booking information: Travel dates, number of guests, activity preferences, and special requirements you share with us.
- Passport & visa data: When you apply for visa services, we collect passport scans, photos, and supporting documents required for the application process.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent — collected automatically via server logs.
- Usage and advertising data: if cookies are on (see section 5), Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel also record which pages you view, what device you use, roughly where you are, and how you reached us (for example, by clicking one of our ads). This does not include your name or contact details.
- Payment data: We do not store card details on our servers. Payments processed via Stripe are handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process bookings and send e-vouchers or confirmation documents
- To submit visa applications to the relevant UAE or international authorities
- To communicate about your booking via WhatsApp, email, or phone
- To send relevant travel offers (you can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any WhatsApp message)
- To improve our website and services based on aggregate usage data
- To measure which pages and ads lead to enquiries, so we can stop paying for the ones that don't
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with:
- Activity and experience providers — to confirm your booking (name, date, number of guests only)
- UAE immigration authorities — passport and supporting documents when processing visa applications, as required by law
- Stripe — for payment processing (card data handled exclusively by Stripe)
- Hostinger — our web hosting provider, based in the EU, under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements
- Google (Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited) — for Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement and Google AdSense, only when cookies are on (section 5). Google may process this data outside your country, including in the United States. See how Google uses data when you use sites that use its services.
- Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms, Inc.) — for the Meta Pixel, which measures our Facebook and Instagram ads, only when cookies are on (section 5). Meta may process this data outside your country, including in the United States. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
4. Data Retention
Booking and enquiry records are retained for 5 years for accounting and compliance purposes, then securely deleted. Visa application documents are deleted within 90 days of the application outcome. You may request early deletion of your data at any time (see section 6).
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Essential. Needed for the site to work, so they are always on: your login session, your cart, your navigation settings, and a note of your cookie choice.
Analytics and advertising (Google and Meta). These are optional.
- Google Analytics counts visits and shows us which pages people use. We keep the data for no longer than 14 months.
- Google Ads tells us whether someone who clicked an ad of ours then sent an enquiry or tapped WhatsApp or our phone number.
- Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this site or other sites. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet.
- Meta Pixel tells us whether someone who saw or clicked one of our Facebook or Instagram ads then sent an enquiry or tapped WhatsApp or our phone number, and lets us show our ads again to people who visited this site.
- Campaign tags. If you arrive from one of our ads, we keep the ad's campaign tag and Google's click ID in your browser for that visit. They reach us only if you send an enquiry, so we can see which ad it came from. We store them only if you accept cookies.
Your choice. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you press Accept. Everywhere else they are on unless you press "No thanks". Either way, the site works the same. You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page.
You can also opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, manage how Meta uses your activity in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, or turn cookies off in your browser settings.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: access a copy of your data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent for marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@chosefly.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We handle personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland you may also have the right to object to how we use your data and to complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Security
We use HTTPS encryption on all pages. Sensitive files (visa documents, booking records) are stored in restricted server directories not accessible via the web. Staff access to customer data is limited to those who need it to fulfil your booking.
